This application, including its user interface, source code, layout, branding, artwork, workflows, business logic, forms, generated documents, email templates, and all associated materials (collectively, the “Application”), is the exclusive property of JCW Management and its operating brands: Vancouver Paint Group (VPG), Vancouver Drywall & Coatings (VDC), and Hooton Wallcovering (HWC).

Access to the Application is granted only to authorized JCW Management personnel, JCW Management subcontractors, and specific project stakeholders (customers, general contractors, superintendents) invited by JCW Management for the purpose of documenting and processing project change orders.
By using the Application you agree that you will:
Data you submit through the Application (job details, labor entries, photographs, signatures, materials, and generated documents) is transmitted to and stored within JCW Management’s Google Workspace environment for internal project administration. JCW Management does not sell your data.
Submissions are shared with the following JCW Management personnel by default: office administration and project management staff. Additional recipients may be added at the discretion of the submitting user.
The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. JCW Management makes no representations regarding uptime, accuracy of third-party data (including job lists, employee rosters, or file uploads), or fitness for any particular purpose. Submissions are processed on a best-effort basis; a successful submission does not constitute an executed change order.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCW Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
JCW Management reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, against any party that copies, distributes, or misuses the Application or its underlying intellectual property. Requests to license or partner should be directed to JCW Management directly.
JCW Management may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
